Our work begins with a quick screening that covers your current lifestyle, an essential step that is critical to begin the discovery process and determine if SoBoMi Life is right for you.
Following this important step, we will schedule your 30-minute complimentary session to discuss the results of your initial screening. From there, we determine which of our eight-week packages would be ideal for you, your needs, and your goals.

Our eight-week packages come with very clear metrics, varying levels of support, and will have you living a more fulfilling, rewarding, and extraordinary life by our last session. At the end of eight weeks, you will have the skills to confidently plan your weekly menu, implement an exercise routine, feel empowered to create positive lifestyle changes in all forms, live with a positive mindset, break vicious and destructive diet cycles, feel in control of your life, experience enhanced joy and energy, improve your mental clarity, be more knowledgeable about your nutrition and how specific ingredients impact your life, create fun and exciting menus and meals for yourself and your family, and embrace a healthier lifestyle that impacts your mind, body, and soul.

“I completed VIP program with Dr. Kansagra about 4 weeks ago. She worked with me in managing my diet and exercise. She worked with me in improving my eating habits and helped me convince that it was all about what I put in my body that would help regulate the problems I was having, specifically, increased fatigue and uncontrollable hypertension.
